'This is so sad' - Heartbreaks as Mr Ibu's leg get amputated

Many people's hearts are devastated by the unexpected amputation of veteran Nollywood actor John Okafor also known as Mr. Ibu.

On Monday, November 6, it was revealed on the comedian's Instagram page that he had to have one of his legs amputated in order to save his life.

Recall that the Nollywood legend, in a video that went viral, begged Nigerians for money so he could pay his medical bills.

Following the video's release, a large number of his admirers and prominent figures in the Nigerian movie industry banded together to help him pay for the best medical care.

In a recent development, Mr. Ibu had one of his legs amputated in order to maintain his life, after undergoing seven successful surgeries.

A lot of individuals, including famous ones, have sent the actor heartfelt notes wishing him a long and healthy life as they express their frustration at the sad news.
