Nigerians have expressed outrage over the sudden granting of bail by the court to Marlian boss Naira Marlehy and his socialite best friend Sam Larry.

The Marlian boss and his best friend who have been making waves since the death of his former signee Mohbad, have been reportedly granted bail after weeks in detention over the late singer's death.

They are both required to provide three sureties with a substantial sum of 20 million naira.

As part of their bail conditions, the court asked them to surrender their international passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

The magistrate overseeing the case warned that any attempts to contact her directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.

The duo were both invited and arrested by the Nigerian Police in their alleged complicity following the death of Nigerian music star, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba aka MohBad.

The news has infuriated many Nigerians as they share concerns on the possible threat their bail may have on Nigerians.
