'This could be Yul and May' - Stray bullet for Yul, Judy as viral photos of Okocha, wife renewing marital vows emerge

Social media users called out Yul Edochie after photos, and videos of Austin Okocha and their wife, Nkechi renewing their wedding vows in the Maldives.

Married in 1997 and after 25 years and two children, Ajay and Daniella, the couple renewed their vows in a beautiful ceremony that joined the trends on social media.

While Nigerians took to the comment section of various blogs to applaud Okocha and Nkechi for sustaining their marriage over the years, others took a swipe at Yul Edochie who in controversial circumstances announced his marriage to Judy.

One comment reads, "See marriage na, Yul ori e o pe rara" to mean (Yul you are not thinking straight).

Another user with the handle wrote: "This could be Yul and May but he chose to start buying pampers at his age" while another said: "Yul come and see something".

In November 2021, Judy Austin welcomed a son named Star Munachimso with Yul. One year later, on April 21, 2022, Yul publicly unveiled Judy as his second wife.

Before the announcement, he married May for over 17 years, a union that produced four children: a girl and three boys.

May, who didn’t seem pleased with the union, revealed that her husband paid Judy’s bride price on 24 April 2022 without informing her.

She claimed that she found out about his actions the following day after he married her traditionally.
