A video of an unidentified man advising fast-rising singer ludipe Oluwasanmi David better known as Spyro has garnered mixed reactions among social media users.

Recall that on Thursday, April 20, the 'Who's your guy' crooner took to social media to announce his newly acquired houses and car.

Spyro revealed that he got the two mansions for himself and his business partner.

He wrote: " "FROM ZERO to owning a property …ah I #COUNTMYBLESSINGS big time I didn’t just buy for myself, I bought the opposite unit for my business partner too GOD has been good and kind to me."

Following the news, an unnamed man has chided the singer for buying two houses and a car stating that it was a financial mistake.

According to the man, Spyro could have bought the houses and car in December instead thereby using the money for something lucrative now so that he buys the house later.

He added that the singer has bought liabilities and he will regret later if he doesn't strategize.

Many social media users saw the advice awkward as they couldn't believe why a random person will wake up one day to advise Spyro without minding his business.
