'The fear of Obidients is the beginning of wisdom' - Nigerians react to 9ice campaign for Sanwo-Olu

Singer, Alexander Abolore Adegbola Akande popularly known as 9ice has embarked on a door-to-door campaign to beg Nigerians to vote for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the upcoming election.

On Saturday, March 1, Nigeria will hold its gubernatorial election to elect the state governors for the next four years.

Few days to the election, candidates have been seen making several promises to Nigerians in other to persuade the people to vote for them.

In a video making rounds, 9ice was spotted walking from one house to another in Lagos to urge Nigerians to vote for his candidate, Sanwo-Olu who is the incumbent governor seeking re-election on the ticket of the All progressives Congress (APC).

Reacting to 9ice campaign, some Nigerians took to social media to share their thoughts.

ernestthepally: Sanwo-Olu never thought the people's vote would matter in his re-election for second term in office. He is now running from pillar to post, because "they" realize the people (Youths) are getting to know the usefulness of their votes. How would the people, Youths in particular forget 20-10-2020 and the armless youths who were murdered in cold blood waving the Nigerian Flag ????????. The people, especially the Youths have the opportunity to send a strong message now. I don't care who gets the mandate of the people of Lagos, definitely never to a puppet, wicked and power-drunk person as this. Election time is a referendum, or time to reward wickedness, or good work while in office. Payback Time is Now, and OTHER Politicians will learn to serve, and also use their powers and time in office to impact the less privileged positively.
