Popular Nigerian comedians Bright Okpocha, widely known as Basketmouth and Ayodeji Makun better known as AY Makun have excited their fans and colleagues after ending their 18-year-long beef.
On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Basketmouth shared a video of an interaction he had with AY Makun on his Instagram page.
The video, which marks a significant reunion between the comedians, showed Basketmouth asking AY Makun for guidance after speaking with actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, RMD.
AY Makun also shared the video on his Instagram page.
Reacting to the news of their resolution, many social media users, fans, and colleagues in the entertainment industry expressed their excitement and praised the two comedians for finally making peace.
Recall that AY Makun had earlier explained that their feud started over a sum of N30,000 not paid to him. According to him, he performed at Basketmouth's show and was not paid the agreed-upon amount.
