Nigerian songstress Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has revealed some insights into her personal life.

The celebrated Grammy award-winning artiste likened dating her to finding a treasure, describing it to "discovering a rare species of flower."

In a candid conversation with actress Chinasa Anukam on the 'Is This Seat Taken' podcast, Tems shared her perspective that her persona may not immediately draw attention, yet beautiful on the inside.

“Dating me is like stumbling upon a rare species of flower that looks black from the outside and when you open it, it has pink, purple but in the middle, there’s a stone,” she detailed.

The "Love Me Je Je" singer also expressed her observation that many men enter relationships without deeper intentions, focusing on physical intimacy.

As of now, Tems is reportedly not known to be in any romantic relationship.
