Nigerian chef Beauty Obasuyi, who is based in Canada, has gotten conflicting feedback from social media users as she sets out to break the record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual by cooking for eight days.

On Wednesday, January 10, around midnight, the chef turned on her cooker. However, viewers of her live YouTube video did not witness the chef preparing any food for five hours after turning on the burner.

Following this, a lot of people queried her in the comment section. Beauty was seen dancing and moving around, and people encouraged her to start cooking and stop wasting time.

Others, on the other hand, gave her well wishes and prayed that she would fulfill her dream of cooking for a longer period of time in order to break the existing record.
