Stop lying acting gave you money to buy a mansion – Angela Okorie tackles colleagues

Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie, has slammed her colleagues who are of the habit of attributing their source of income to their acting career.

Sharing her thoughts during a podcast on actresses being more successful than their male counterpart, Angela called out the women who flaunts their mansions on social media and claim their income was as a result of their acting career.

In recent times, lots of female celebrities are seen flaunting their mansions and going on vacations few years into the movie industry with their captions said to be depicting hard work and money gotten from their acting career.

Reacting to the debate, Okorie ask them to stop lying, claiming that no money from the Nigeria movie industry can give anyone money to buy mansions in expensive locations in a short period of time.

She noted that such claim make the old actresses seem irresponsible. whereas these up and coming actresses have other means of acquiring the money but continue to lie about their source.
