Sound Sultan was an exceptional being - ID Cabasa

Music producer and record label executive, ID Cabasa, has eulogised the late Sound Sultan saying he was an exceptional being.

In an emotional eulogy, ID Cabasa said it was hard for him to hold back his tears as he reminisces on the friendship he enjoyed with the late singer.

“Lanre you are my conversational padi. If being good is enough, you would have lived till a thousand years! Your mindset, ideas, and philosophy are exceptionally human,” ID Cabasa shared.

Continuing, the Coded Tunes boss wrote, “Lanre what precisely do you want me to type. The dream was 2021 now. We were meant to do a reality check, we suppose do this and that. Omo, I’ve never felt pain this intense before. Lanre I’m sorry I had to cry.

“I tried to be strong but it’s not working sultan. The memories especially this past few months and the many pictures on my phone ore they are hurting me. Most people know the musician…” he wrote.

ID Cabasa ended the eulogy saying, “At the height of it, you were so hopeful and optimistic, the smile, the fondness of cabalicious abi Alabaster…”

ID Cabasa was spotted working with Sound Sultan and Wizkid on his EP in March 2021.
