Music executive Soso Soberekon was seen weeping after losing a N16 million ($10,000) bet to musician Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan Ibile.

On Sunday, July 14, 2024, the Euro final between Span and England was held in Germany. Before the match began, Soso and Zlatan made a bet. Soso bet on England winning the cup, while Zlatan chose Spain as the victor

At the end of the game, Spain defeated England 2-1. A video showed Zlatan celebrating his win after Spain beat the English team by two goals to one in the finals.

Soso on the other hand, took to his Instagram story to share an emoji of himself weeping. Soso Soberekon is well-known for his habit of betting on football matches, and not too long ago he placed a N4 million bet on Real Madrid to defeat Borussia Dortmund in the 2024 UCL final.
