The voluptuous actress recently shared on her Instagram page how she uses the gym to remain in shape.

Nancy Isime shared a video of herself working out in the gym, including running on a treadmill.

Sharing the video she wrote: “Okay, but can you Sprint at 20MPH and make it look easy? My sprinting game keeps getting tighter, and I’m loving it! By the way, this month makes it 6years since I made Fitness my lifestyle and I wouldn’t change anything about this Journey. Forever to Go”

It was discovered in 2022 that Nancy Isime, contrary to what she would have people think, had not gained any of her new body parts through exercise but rather through cosmetic surgery.

Nonetheless, some online users observed that her body's shape had changed noticeably.
