Snitches on Twitter got me arrested for attending Funke Akindele's house party - Naira Marley

Singer Naira Marley has taken a swipe at the snitches on Twitter whom he claimed got him arrested for attending the party hosted by actress Funke Akindele.

Naira Marley was arrested alongside Funke Akindele and her husband for flouting the restriction and social distancing order by holding a house party with more than 50 persons in attendance.

He has since been released after charges against him were dropped by the Lagos State Government.

The singer has now taken to social media to point out that he would henceforth ignore calls for him to fight against the government.

Naira Marley tweeted: “Snitches on twitter will get you arrested and still want you to fight the government. From now on its just Marlians Only. Let’s all listen to the government and give them our full support”.
