Slaps for Yul Edochie following public endorsement of President Tinubu

A section of social media users have slammed controversial actor, Yul Edochie for his endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The actor who has been in the news in recent times under controversial circumstances has created more controversy after pitching tent with President Bola Tinubu.

He wrote in a post on his Instagram page: "I’ll keep praying for you Sir.
@officialasiwajubat For God to give you long life and good health to deliver the good plans you have for Nigeria. Nigerians have suffered so much. And I believe you’ll wipe the tears and make Nigeria great again. Best of luck Mr. President. The Jagaban."

His comment was taken in bad taste by some fans who follow the actor. Most of the comments cited by MyNigeria were comments from persons of Igbo extraction.

The post has garnered more than one thousand comments since it was shared more than three hours ago.
