Ace Nigerian singer and rapper Anthony Victor, popularly known as Victony, has released a teaser for his forthcoming single, “FYNE’, featuring a sample from Orezi’s 2013 classic,”You Garrit”.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the “Soweto” crooner shared a preview of the track in a post on his verified X handle on Wednesday. BusinessNews Subscription

The track blends nostalgic Afrobeats energy with Victony’s signature smooth, melodic flow.

“FYNE” is building heavy anticipation for the artiste’s upcoming body of work, “Star Life,” coming right on the heels of his previous hits “FRE$H” and “SLICK”.

The teaser has attracted reactions from fans, many of whom welcomed the use of the throwback sample and expressed anticipation for the song’s release.

Victony, known for the hit “Holy Father”, hails from Imo State, but grew up in Ojo, Lagos State.

He gained prominence with his 2022 song, “Soweto”, which achieved international success and inspired remixes featuring several artistes.

The artiste’s debut full studio album, “Stubborn”, was released in 2024,featuring Asake, Shallipopi, and SAINt JHN.
