Nigerian singer Simisola Bolatito Kosoko, better known by her stage name Simi has replied a Twitter user who asked her to stay away from politics.

The singer has since the beginning of Nigeria's 2023 elections, taken to her social media pagees to voice out her displeasure in some activities of the election.

Simi after the Saturday, March 18, governorship and national assembly polls once again took to her Twitter page to lament the rate of rigging and misappropriation that was witnessed during the polls.

She wrote: "300 billion naira budget for this joke of an election.
@inecnigeria you might have as well given them back the money to fix some hospitals and schools and just used finger to point at the people you wanted to select."

A Twitter user with the handle @Ajao79360347 asked the singer to stay off politics because they love her more than that.

Simi following the tweep's comment, reacted to it stating that the tweep should make her stay away from politics.
