Nigerian comedian and livestreamer Shankcomics has been named Best Streamer of 2026 at the SiGMA Africa Awards, held in South Africa.

The award was presented on March 3, 2026, with videos circulating online showing him receiving the trophy on stage.

SiGMA Africa, part of the global SiGMA Group, introduced streaming and content creator categories to recognise excellence in live digital content. The Best Streamer award acknowledges performance in areas such as audience engagement, creativity, consistency, and overall impact.

Shankcomics built his audience through comedy skits before expanding into livestreaming on platforms including Twitch and Kick.
