Sabinus reveals hilarious reason for changing his dreads

Popular Nigerian skit maker, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ekekwu aka Sabinus has explained why he chose to have a new haircut different from his signature dreads after several years.

During a recent interview, he was asked about what had motivated his decision to do so.

He revealed that he had been keeping the hair for a long time and it had become too much of a burden for him.

According to him, the hair has become an impediment that is preventing him from thinking straight.

He also added that low-cut hair was what he used to become famous but only took up dreads after hitting the limelight.

He said: “I had a haircut because it looks like my head doesn’t think well. Always seems like I have a load on my head. This low cut was the hair I used to hit fame so I decided to go back to it.”
