In a video shared by actress Doris Ogala, the actress’s mother, Rita Daniels, was seen standing beside her ex-husband, expressing gratitude to Nigerians for their prayers and support during the family’s ordeal.

The couple’s body language reflected a shared determination to protect their children despite their differences.

Back in 2020, the actress’s father openly voiced his disapproval of her union with Ned Nwoko, claiming he had attempted to meet the senator before the marriage but was ignored.

He further recalled that the politician “forgot they once lived on Awoyokun Street, Onikan, Lagos,” suggesting a personal history that predates the controversy.
