Rape: Kemi Adetiba hits back at Twitter user for branding Busola Dakolo clout chaser

Kemi Adetiba, Nigerian music video director, has lashed out at a Twitter user who claimed that Busola Dakolo, wife of Nigerian singer, Timi, is a clout chaser over rape allegations.

Recall that Busola levelled a rape allegation against popular Nigerian pastor, Biodun Fatoyimbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Global.

While giving an update on her verified Instagram account on Thursday, Busola who used to be a member of COZA, claimed that the Ministry of Justice upon receiving a report of concluded investigations from the police has remained silent "for over a month".

However, @Emekauwadinma took to Twitter to comment on Busola's revelation, alleging that she was clout chasing and gained, amongst other things "Instagram account verification, becoming the face of rape victims and gaining lots of followers" from the scandal.

He said, "Please let Bussola Dakolo go and sit down. She has gained almost all she wanted from the clot chasing. She has got her Instagram account verified, become the face of rape victims gain lots of followers. Except one thing. The man of God is still standing! That's a loss battle dear.

"Just what if there is something about this particular rape case you don't know. Just what if he is falsy accused. Just think."

However, upon seeing this comment, Kemi was left dissatisfied and felt the user was overboard with his comment and hopes the @Emekauwadinma realize his stupidity in the nearest future.

"Yes. She came out and put herself and her family under immense mockery and scrutiny for a verified Instagram account and to be the "face of rape victims". Hopefully, in the not too distant future, you'll come back to this documented tweet of yours and realize how STUPID it reads," Kemi tweeted.
