RMD finally speaks on nude scene with Nancy Isime in 'shanty town'

Veteran Nigerian actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo aka RMD has finally reacted to the controversy caused by a scene involving him and Nancy Isime in the new movie ‘Shanty Town’.

Netizens were outraged after a nude scene in the movie put Nancy Isime’s Bosom and other sensitive parts on display.

According to some Nigerians, the newest batch of Nigerian movies showing on Netflix highlight nudity and sex.

In the scene, Nancy was being forced by RMD to undress, and it captures the vulnerability and exploitation faced by women in society.

Nancy Isime earlier explained that the gorgeous body party people are talking about is not hers but a body double. She added that her body isn't as succulent as the body double seen in the movie.

Speaking on his role in the movie, RMD, via his Instagram page, shared a captivating scene with his colleague Chidi Mokeme.

Captioning the video, RMD hilariously stated that he knows that the scene he shared is not what many of his fans were expecting to see or talk about.

He wrote: “I know this is not the scene of Chief Fernandez you all want to talk about … Now my friends want to play the roles I play so they can be touching things.”
