'Pray for Nigeria' - Davido

Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke who is better known as Davido has solicited for prayers for his motherland, Nigeria.

The Afrobeats superstar took to his Twitter page in he early hours of Monday, August 14, 2023, to solicit for prayers for Nigeria.

Davido simply wrote: "Pray for Nigeria."

Social media users responded to the singer's statement in a variety of ways, with many of them stating that Nigeria desperately needs prayers and God's intervention because the difficulties they are experiencing are unfathomable.
