‘Power pass power’ – Cubana Chief Priest fires back at Isaac Fayose

Celebrity businessman and socialite Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, has hit back at social commentator Isaac Fayose over criticism of his political alignment.

Taking to Instagram, Cubana Chief Priest defended his decision to support President Bola Tinubu’s administration, saying that as a businessman employing over 1,000 people, he prefers collaboration with the government rather than opposition.

“Over 30 governors align and you are crying because an ordinary businessman aligned? Power pass power,” he wrote.

In a series of posts, he challenged Fayose to a public business debate, questioning his wealth and referencing Fayose’s brother’s eight-year tenure as governor.

He added, “You want me to negotiate the release of Nnamdi Kanu by being in opposition? I have chosen my path – business and politics.”

Cubana Chief Priest also expressed strong support for Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’, saying he and his family are committed to staying on the “moving train” of progress.

He highlighted his investments in hospitality and real estate, particularly in his home community, emphasizing the jobs and economic growth he has helped create.

Accusing Fayose of jealousy and political recruitment attempts, Cubana Chief Priest made it clear: he is not an activist, but a businessman focused on growth, partnerships, and building his empire.
