Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly apologised to Fuji legend, King Saheed Osupa for calling him ‘big for nothing’.
Portable had taken to social media to criticise Osupa for removing one of his song from the streaming platforms due to copyright infringement.
The ‘Zazuu’ crooner had used a line from one of Osupa’s song without permission, prompting Osupa to file a complaint for the song to be taken down.
In his defense, Portable claimed that he is involved in hip hop music, not Fuji. However, his comments were labelled as disrespectful to the music legend.
The singer made a U-turn and apologised for his actions. He said, “My fans, I’m a hot tempered person, I have said my mind and it has ended. My fans please forgive me. King Saheed Osupa Oba orin, please don’t be offended.
“It’s money that causes a fight. It’s money that destroys siblings relationship, and causes a fight between father and son.
“It was music money that caused our fight because it was when I went to collect money for the song that I was told that it has been removed on streaming platforms. Please my daddy, forgive me and abduct me as your child,” he said.
