Police PRO demands arrest of popular skit maker over extreme pranks

The Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi has explained why popular skit maker Trinity Guy has to be detained.

Adejobi released the video on his Instagram account on Monday, June 19 after earlier advising skit creators who create jokes for a career to regulate them because they risk Nigerian lives.

The police spokeswoman strongly denounced the video and advised anyone who had been harmed by the skitmakers' practical jokes to report him to the authorities.

He said, “This doesn’t make any sense. I think the guy should have been arrested.

"Those individuals who feel the heat and fear of the pranks should be reporting the pranksters as many of their pranks are criminals, immoral, and evil. These women have a good case against him.”

A number of people on social media stated that the act was inappropriate and could harm people hence the skit maker should be arrested.

However, many opined that, that was his source of living because the country has a high rate of unemployment especially among the youth so he shouldn't be arrested.
