BBNaija Season 7 winner Ijeoma Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has given fans a glimpse into her recovery journey after undergoing a recent cosmetic procedure.

The reality TV star, who had earlier confirmed plans to enhance her body, reportedly underwent a 360-degree liposuction with fat grafting, commonly known as a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), at Curvy Girl Essentials clinic under Dr. Dinma.

Before the procedure, Phyna had openly addressed the body shaming she faced online over her natural figure, telling fans she had decided to make changes on her own terms.

“Yes! I am really getting my body done,” she said in a pre-surgery video, while asking supporters to keep her in their prayers.

Now, just days after the surgery, a video from her post-op recovery session has gone viral on social media.

The clip shows Phyna lying face-down on a recovery bed while clinic staff carry out a lymphatic drainage massage, a standard aftercare treatment often recommended after liposuction to help reduce swelling and aid healing.

Visible in the footage are fresh surgical markings, slight bruising, and traces of oil used during the massage process.

In another part of the video, Phyna is seen speaking directly to the camera, appearing cheerful and relaxed despite the recent procedure.

She smiles, laughs, and interacts with the clinic staff assisting her, giving fans reassurance that she is in good spirits.

While many fans praised her confidence and wished her a smooth recovery, others reignited conversations around cosmetic surgery, body image, and the pressure celebrities face from online criticism.

Phyna’s decision comes amid a growing trend of body enhancement procedures among influencers and reality TV stars in Nigeria.
