Music promoter, Paul Okoye has called out actor Yul Edochie for sharing a post from a Christian study book which criticizes the lifestyle of the LGBT community.

The post reads: "Today, the present world has overtaken Sodom and Gomorrah in immorality and wickedness, Man has degraded himself to the point of getting married to animals.

"The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) community is ever increasing with new abominable sexual orientations every day.

"The world classifies all these under the caption of "human rights" and the need to accept others; diversity. This was exactly what happened in Judah at this time."

In reaction, Paul Okoye stated that no one has the right to judge homosexuals for their lifestyle.

He wrote: Nwanne You know I love u - but I no agree on this one. Who are we to Judge??? The LGBTQ are the best friends I know - my neighbour in UK is gay but he is the nicest guy I know also God tells us not to Judge. Who are we to Judge???? @yuledochie Still love u bro".

Below are other reactions gathered by MyNigeria.com.

Are there no killers and Murderers out there??! are there no racist and robbers out there?! Every time y'all want to justify the evil in the world you use the LGBTQ community as if that's the only sin we have in this world".

@justbullchibro wrote: "Is really terrible, people are changing this world to something very wicked and feel so comfortable with it, they called it civilization. May God help us oooo".

@iamcazchidiebere wrote: "I made a video on this topic and those affected started seeing me like their enemy but weather they like it or not in the 70s those who act like they do are regarded as retarded and insane".

@iamvic_ugwuike wrote: "Very true. Thank you, boss, for lending your voice to that of people of strong moral grounds. It's also good that this is coming from a celebrity like you, whom people look up to. How I wish that other celebrities and other public figures can speak up vehemently and resolutely against the evils and ills in our contemporary world".
