Our generation must do better- Omojuwa speaks against rape

Public speaker and political commentator, Japheth Omojuwa has once again lent his voice to the #MeToo rape stories circulating Social Media.

In an address to his numerous followers on Instagram and Twitter, he urged the current generation to do better.

He asked the general public to rid the society of rape by engaging lawmakers and other elected representatives on measures to enforce the available laws.

"Our generation must do better. We must look to support every effort by people and organisations to rid our society of rape and other forms of gender violence. We must engage our lawmakers and other elected representatives on measures to enforce the available laws and ways to make them better.

"We must dissociate ourselves, businesses and organisations from rapists and rapey people and by all means, whatever you do, do not be the problem," the Mediapreneur wrote on IG.
