Nollywood actress Osas Ighodaro caused a stir after sharing photos and videos of her taking part in the ongoing Hollywood writers' and actors' strike in the US.

According to reports, the US actors' union Sag-Aftra, which was created in 2012 through the merger of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, reportedly started the strike on Thursday morning, July 13, following a breakdown in talks with the AMPTP (Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers), which represents the studio executives.

Osas, who disclosed that she has been a Sag-Aftra member since 2006, was spotted in New York with a poster and expressing her pride in being a part of the movement.

Sharing photos and videos of the protest, she wrote: "Stand Strong / Stay Strong Proud #SagAftra Member since 2006."
