Olumide Oworu speaks on his exclusion from INEC list

Nollywood actor cum politician Olumide Oworu has explained why his name wasn't on the ballot during the just-completed gubernatorial and house of assembly elections.

The Lagos Labour Party (LP) guber candidate took to his Twitter page to address the matter after previously being silent.

Oworu stated that INEC's oversight led to his name not appearing on the ballot paper.

He expressed his gratitude to everyone for their support and conviction in his cause.

The actor-turned-politcian added that the commitment and enthusiasm of his supporters for the shared vision is incredibly motivating and he will keep advancing with faith and tenacity.

Many social media users took to his comment section to react to his statement as they applaud him for his courage in contesting while wishing him the best next time.
