'Olamide is a legend' - Davido praises Badoo

A video of Nigerian singer, Davido acknowledging Olamide as a legend is making rounds.

This comes following an interview he had were he described Grammy Award winning artiste, Burna Boy as a 'new cat' alongside Asake, Rema and Fireboy in the music industry.

He rated himself and Wizkid in the same category above Burna Boy, saying they were kids when they started doing music.

The 'Stand Strong' hitmaker also described Don Jazzy as a mentor, expressing how he felt the first time he saw the Mavin Record boss, Davido said he thought he had seen Jesus.

The interview caused massive reactions from the fans on social media as another video of Davido emerged and he was heard praising Olamide for his hard work in the music industry over the last 15 years.

Davido said:

"Shout to Olamide, legend, Asake is signed to him. Asake is blessed, I am a fan. Olamide was in the game before me, he has been doing this for almost 15 years."
