'Oga go rest' - Attacks as actor Deyemi says he never saw the works of LP's Attah to be elected HOR

Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has come under fire for saying the Eti-Osa House of Representatives (HOR) elect, Thaddeus Attah did not do much work to warrant him winning the election.

According to the actor he didn't know how Attah was able to overthrow an incumbent candidate and also win over a public figure as he had never heard of him or even seen his works.

Deyemi stated that he would want to have an Instagram live session with the HOR elect for him to address the concerns and respond to the questions on the minds of some Lagosians.

Many Nigerians and social media users found Deyemi's statement irritating and oppressing.

They said Deyemi and his other nollywood actors are commenting and oppressing Attah because their colleague Banky W contested and lost.

According to many, Attah won over Banky W because he had worked equally as Banky and the people of Eti-Osa were tired of APC that was why they voted for Attah.
