Music executive Ubi Franklin has revealed the names of artists whose real estate investment portfolios are unmatched in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Speaking during a recent appearance on The KK Show, Franklin disclosed that one of the artists with massive investments in real estate is Kizz Daniel.

He made the revelation while discussing the business of music on the podcast. Franklin also mentioned singer Flavour and rapper Phyno as having significant real estate holdings.

“One of the biggest holders of real estate I know in Nigeria is Kizz Daniel. I have also heard of Flavour and Phyno,” Franklin said.

He further added: “David [Davido] is another person with some solid real estate investments. I’ve also heard of a couple for Burna [Burna Boy].

“All I’m saying is, as much as these guys are playing, it doesn’t mean they are not investing. I know that some of them hold huge real estate portfolios. But one person I can confidently tell you about is Kizz Daniel.”
