'No connection' - Bimbo Ademoye opens up on relationship with mother

Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has disclosed the relationship between herself and her mother.

In an old interview with Mamedia Entertainment that has surfaced, the actress said that her complexion came from her father, and she inherited her mother's height.

Bimbo claimed that when she was two years old, her mother abandoned her, making her the first person to have betrayed her in life.

She said she has been doing her duties as every child would do for her mother despite their lack of a strong bond.

The actress who played actor Kunle Remi's best man revealed in a conversation with the show's host that although her mother lives 20 minutes away, they are not particularly close.

Bimbo stressed that the no-friendship zone she has with her mother is very fine with her.

The award-winning actress has often flaunted her father, with whom she takes much delight and shares a great bond.

In 2023, the actress revealed that she would go back home with her father should he cry on her wedding day.

Bimbo noted that they’d keep rescheduling the wedding until the day her dad showed the emotional strength to let her go with her husband.
