'Nigeria is a bad place' – Rapper, Odumodublvck claims

Rising Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known by his stage name Odumodublvck has decried the state of the country, calling Nigeria a "bad place."

The rising star, following the signing of an international record deal with Def Jam UK, claimed he is only making a reputation for himself in the worldwide music industry because he "made it out of the jungle".

Odumodublvck made this statement recently in an interview for London's 90th podcast edition.

According to him, whenever he points out the obvious about Nigeria people tell him not to demarket his country, but the reality is that Nigeria "is a bad place."

He said: “Nigeria is f*cked. I tell people, they say, ‘You know it’s your country; don’t speak about it like that.’ Nigeria is a bad place. The reason why me and Teezee are here is because we made it out of the jungle.”
