New naira notes: 'Ibi like them add snapchat filters to the old ones' - Netizens criticize CBN

Some social media users have called out the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) following the redesign of the naira notes.

The Federal Government today, November 23 unveiled the newly designed naira notes to the public.

Social media users upon seeing the redesigned notes expressed dissatisfaction with the CBN as they believed no major changes were done to the old naira notes.

According to them, it was only color changes that were made to the old naira notes.

However, others opined that the CBN should be applauded while urging naysayers to stop criticizing the government for everything they do.
