Nathaniel Bassey reveals why Deontay Wilder lost to Tyson Fury

Gospel musician, Nathaniel Bassey has revealed why he believes Deontay Wilder lost to Tyson Fury on Sunday.

Fury and Wilder clashed in Las Vegas in a second bout after their first ended in a split draw.

The second bouted ended in the seventh round after Wilder, who was knocked down twice, had his team throw in the towel. The move saw him lose his WBC title to Tyson Fury.

Before the fight, Wilder was on Twitter saying that God cannot save Fury from what he would do to him when they clash again.

He tweeted: "I told you before our first fight that I was going to baptize you. And I did. But not even God can ave you on February 22. I promise you that".

With Wilder losing the fight to Fury, Nathaniel Bassey took to social media to show that his words about God may have played a hand in it.

He wrote: "What happens to men that speak without understanding. GOD? DONT’T TRY HIM".
