Hon. Natasha Osawaru, wife of famed artist 2face Idibia and legislator representing Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, has received the Best Legislator Award.
The Edo-born legislator was awarded at the 2025 National Leadership Awards, which were hosted at the Nigerian Merit House in Maitama, Abuja.
The female legislator has championed bills and launched initiatives centred on women's empowerment, education, healthcare, and youth development.
Other commendable projects she has undertaken in her constituency include scholarships, free medical outreach, and skill development programs that have directly helped her community.
Hon. Osawaru, speaking after receiving the prize, dedicated it to the people of Egor Constituency and reaffirmed her pledge to "serve with integrity, passion, and dedication."
In her social media post, she wrote:
