Naira Scarcity: Watch as Aba residents turn bank premises into restaurant

A video has emerged of some young men cooking noodles in the bank premises as they wait to access the new naira notes at the ATM machine.

As a result of the prevailing cash scarcity across the country, with residents queuing to get some money, some Nigerians have devised a mechanism to keep themselves from going hungry while they wait patiently.

Residents of Aba were spotted in a shocking posture as they decided to show off their cooking skills at the bank premises.

Some young men brought along with them gas cooker, pot, spoon and other ingredients to aid in their cooking.

In a video making rounds, about four men were seen eating from the pot of noodles while others at the queue watched in awe.

A man was heard in the background of the video claiming that the residents have been waiting on the queue for hours.
