Naira Scarcity: I bought N40k with N70k today - Paul Okoye laments

Popular Nigerian singer Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has cried out over the difficulties arising due to the scarcity of the Naira.

Taking to his Instastories, Paul claimed he had to pay as much as N70,000 to get N40,000.
