Music executive Tunji Balogun, better known as Teebillz, has registered support for embattled singer Azeez Adeshina Fashola aka Naira Marley.

In a now-deleted post, the talent manager contended the ‘cancel culture’ against Naira Marley, arguing that the Marlian boss was too young and talented to be punished as a result of certain individuals purportedly seeking personal gain via his downfall.

He went ahead to applaud Naira Marley for being one of the best writers of the new generations but noted his only crime as it were for which he was now being tagged guilty was a ‘wrong’ association.

He prayed that the ‘Soapy’ crooner get another chance to fulfill his calling as a true leader and influencer.

Teebillz said: “Too young and too talented to be thrown under the bus of cancel culture! One of the best writers of the new age! Guilt by association is not a deliberate crime to me.

“I pray people forgive Naira Marley for his shortcomings and I hope God gives him a second chance to attain his blessings as a bonafide leader and influencer!

The ex-hubby of Afrobeats songstress, Tiwa Savage also mocked demanding justice for Mohbad, those pointing accusing fingers at the Marlian boss for supposedly having a hand in the death of his former signee.

He said unlike those who decided to display ‘love’ for the singer after his demise, Naira Marley not only believed in the now-deceased but also invested in his talent when he was alive.

He noted: “Just yesterday when everyone and their mother was a glorified Marlian. Naira believed and invested in Imole’s talent when none of the after-death advocates of love did. May our creator bless us where we lack knowledge and wisdom.”
