Videos of businessman and social media influencer, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest has circulated the internet shortly after the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) announced his arrest.

According to the anti-graft agency, Cubana Chiefpriest was taken into custody over the abuse of the naira.

It was gathered that Chiefpriest is to appear in court Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

The EFCC is prosecuting him for alleged spraying and tampering of the naira at an event held at Eko Hotel on February 13th 2024, one in Lagos in January 2024, and another event in 2020.

His arrest comes barely a week after crossdresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky was sentenced to six months in prison without an option of a fine for abuse of the naira.
