'My whole body is in pains' – Lizzy Gold cries out after gym workout

Nollywood actress Lizzy Gold has lamented the unpleasant side effects of a strenuous workout.

The mother of two discussed her experience in a series of videos, stating that after going to the gym, she felt like her entire body was on fire.

Lizzy Gold talked about how going to the gym, which appeared like a completely strange lifestyle to her, made her feel weak.

She disclosed that she has been experiencing leg and body aches ever since beginning the rigorous and hard workouts at the gym.

Lizzy Gold went on to explain that she couldn't even stand up to prepare dinner or get anything to eat since she was so uncomfortable.

However, she was adamant that she was not going to give up.
