Rita Daniels, the mother of actress Regina Daniels, has alleged that her daughter contributed significantly to the success of Senator Ned Nwoko during his 2023 Delta North senatorial campaign.

In a viral video that has dominated social media trends, Daniels claimed that her daughter supported Senator Nwoko with $50,000 during his 2023 bid.

The revelation comes as both families continue their public feud following earlier allegations of assault and drug abuse.

Rita Daniels also alleged that her family had, on several occasions, covered up for Senator Nwoko’s weaknesses.

“You wanted someone with a high star to boost your fallen star. If you think you can bite the finger that fed you, you’ll go down. My daughter supported your senatorial election with $50,000. We’ve been covering you up and making you feel like an Odogwu. You’re mad,” she said, lashing out at her daughter’s estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, over the alleged arrest of her son, Sweezy.

Meanwhile, 25-year-old Regina Daniels has reportedly stated that she is no longer interested in continuing her marriage to the 64-year-old senator, saying she can no longer endure the alleged abuse.
