'Must you cook?' - Tunde Ednut tackles Ondo chef

Hilda Baci and Chef Adeola Hilda Baci and Chef Adeola

Instagram blogger, Tunde Ednut has questioned Adeola Adeyeye aka Chef Adeola who hails from Ondo state on her reasons for embarking on a cook-a-thon shortly after Hilda Baci was awarded for breaking the record for the longest cooking hour by an individual.

In a post shared on his social media page, he wondered why she failed to make a mark in the Guinness Book of Records by contesting for another thing rather than cooking.

Chef Adeola is currently on a journey to set a new record of 150 hours by beating Hilda Baci's 93 hours 11 minutes.

Her attempt comes after Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi also known as Chef Dammy embarked on a 120 hour cook-a-thon in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

At the end of her 120-hour cooking marathon, it was reported that the Guinness World Records were unaware of her expedition. She however, planned to return to compete again.

Since Hilda Baci broke the world record, several Nigerians and Africans have also challenged themselves to contest for the award.

Reacting to the recent development, Tunde Ednut asked why people have chosen to contest Hilda for her award instead of chasing other records.

"There are millions of stuff to win Guinness Book of Records. Must you cook too? Now person don start to cook again in Ondo state. Can't we do something else?"

He added that; "Hilda thought about it and brought it to life. Now you want to compete with her to collect her title in the same Nigeria when there are millions of other things to do.

GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS go soon regret say Nigeria don find out about them."
