Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has extended an invitation to singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, to visit the ministry and discuss his interest.
This invitation comes after Mr Eazi made a request on social media. He tagged a post that the Foreign Affairs Ministry had posted regarding an article the Minister had written and published.
On his X page, Mr Eazi wrote, “Sir are you taking internships? I wanna come intern.”
The article titled “Foreign Policy And The Path To Peace In A Dangerous Neighbourhood” caught the attention of the singer, prompting him to request an internship under Ambassador Tuggar’s guidance.
In response to Mr Easi’s request, Ambassador Tuggar wrote, “Thank you @mreazi, for engaging with my article. As an esteemed Ambassador of Nigerian music globally, your interest in foreign policy is truly commendable. I would like to extend an invitation for you to visit @NigeriaMFA Abuja where we can discuss your interest and explore opportunities to further amplify Nigeria's influence through cultural diplomacy.
