Most of the organizers of AMVCA are Yoruba, Actor Zubby Michael rants

Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael has alleged that most of the organizers of the just-concluded Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA 2020, are Yoruba.

Describing the award show as a joke, Zubby Michael slammed the organizers for not recognizing Nollywood legends who helped develop the movie industry.

Zubby Michael shared: "Somethings are unchangeable, example, can you change your biological father? That award was a joke and highly political, ndi ala ndi ala., we know we are great without the fake awards, do you know the meaning of viewer choice?

"I am sure most of the organizers are Yoruba they did not even recognize the pillar of Nollywood, the original owner of Living in Bondage was not mentioned but new Living in Bondage got 8 awards, our dead heroes like Sam Loco Efe and other were not mentioned., Award without people that made, mama G, aki and paw paw, Pete Edochie, Kanayo o Kanayo".
