Moment Davido introduced his wife, Chioma to French President via phone call melt hearts

Award-winning Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, took his influence to another level after a high-profile meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

While overseas, Davido, alongside his manager, Asa Asika, nightlife mogul Pascal Okechukwu aka Cubana Chiefpriest, met President Macron and shared a warm exchange of ideas. But it was his spontaneous video call that truly captured attention.

Pulling out his phone, he connected Chioma Rowland—mother of his twins and entrepreneur based in Atlanta—to the scene.

With confidence, he introduced her to President Macron, stating, “This is my wife.”

The French President greeted Chioma, and she responded with grace. Davido repeated the introduction to another person nearby: “That’s my wife.”

Fans reacted enthusiastically to Davido’s gesture, impressed by how he proudly showed off his wife to people in positions of authority.

Many recalled a similar moment when Davido introduced Chioma to veteran highlife singer Bright Chimezie.

Some fans even playfully called out Sophia Momodu, taunting her by pointing out what Davido had just done. Others jokingly mentioned Jada P, Wizkid's baby mama, suggesting she must be watching the video from a corner
