Death is inevitable, although one hopes to live a long time on earth. Sadly, some notable figures in the entertainment industry had their lives cut short in their prime, some by natural disasters and others by terminal illnesses.

Despite the fact that they passed away in their prime, the entertainment industry will always remember the part they played in its growth.

In this article, MyNigeria presents young Nigerian artistes whose passing rocked the entertainment world when they passed away just before their peak.
