Mohbad: 'I was offered N3m to implicate late singer's wife' - Uche Maduagwu alleges

Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has disclosed that he was offered a sizable sum of money to paint Omowunmi, the baby mama of late singer Mohbad, as the main suspect in the singer's untimely death.

The controversial actor claimed that on September 15, he was approached by an unkown person offering him N3 million to fabricate a story about the late artiste's baby mama and join the campaign to discredit her reputation.

The request for a DNA test on the deceased singer's five-month-old child was also made known by him.

In addition to stating that he had no personal connections to Mohbad or his family that would allow him to accuse the baby mama, Maduagwu made it plain that he rejected the N3 million offer.

He stated that the same person might have looked for other online celebrities to spread the fictitious information about Mohbad's baby mama being the main suspect.
